We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our client’s night shift operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage and motivate a team of production operatives and machinists, oversee daily output, and act as the key point of contact during night operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate night shift production activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are consistently achieved
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operatives
• Monitor staffing levels, attendance, and performance
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures and company policies
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Communicate handovers effectively with day shift management
• Complete production reports and relevant documentation

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions during night operations
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements in a production environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working night shifts is desirable
