Jay is the Founder and driving force behind Wentworth James Group. With 14 years experience under his belt, he has seen it all. From first getting into the industry in the midst of the recession, Jay took to placing Engineers like a duck to water, and hasn’t looked back since – creating a strong core network in the Engineering sector along the way.
Jay is a big believer in honesty & transparency, and always ensures that customer satisfaction is at the heart of every decision he makes. This is reflected in the core values for Wentworth James.
He manages all operations within the business. Trains and develops the team, our invoicing and payroll team, marketing, profit and loss and internal hiring.
When Jay isn’t in the office or visiting weird and wonderful European cities, you can find him either on the golf course, playing pool, or following his beloved Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Jack started his recruitment journey at Wentworth James and is training as a Recruitment Resourcer within the Construction division.
Ian started his career as a Toolmaker, and over the years worked in quality until he ended up heading up an engineering company. Ian started in recruitment in 2003 as a trainee initially, working his way up through the company to Branch Manager and then ended up owning his own Recruitment business in Wolverhampton. Ian has been working in Engineering and Technical recruitment for over 20 years, now supplying blue and white collar personnel to clients all over the UK. In his spare time, Ian likes travelling and going out for meals with his wife and spending time with his children.
Jack started his recruitment journey at Wentworth James initially as an apprentice and has now progressed through to an important role within the organisation, overseeing the Accounts department.
