My client, a leader in their field, based in Coventry, are currently recruiting for a Mechanical biased Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will be based on a 3-shift system with a view at developing into a Team Leader role.

• Three shifts
• 8.5-hour rotations
• Early Shift, Monday – Friday 06:30 – 15:00
• Evening Shift,Monday – Friday 14:30 – 23:00
• Night shifts, Sunday-Thursday 22:30 – 07:00
• £32,448 per annum (not including shift allowance)
• 13%-late shift premium
• 20%-night shift premium
• 20 days per annum
• 8 public holidays
• Mechanically biased engineer
• Be able to be flexible with shifts
• PPM, breakdown repair and occasional project based installation work.
• Machine changeovers and setting.
• Mechanical tasks include; pneumatics, re-builds gears, bearings and conveyors.
• Daily Machine changeovers
