Our client, an international company based in Cannock, are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their after sales support team team due to continuing growth.

This is largely a field based role which will involve a high level of customer facing and contact, dealing not only with existing product lines but also introducing new products to market.

Hours are 08.00 – 17.00 Mon – Fri

Salary is £27,000 – £30,000 per anum with use of a company vehicle.

The successful applicant must have experience of :

• Working in a similar role in an engineering or automotive environment
• Managing incoming sales enquiries & preparing quotes
• Maintaining and growing relationships with customers
• Monitoring & communicating progress of service delivery to customers
• Delivering on and presenting relevant KPI’s

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess a friendly and professional telephone manner as you will need to be able to understand and deliver technical data & information.
