Our Housing Association client with head offices based in Walsall is urgently seeking a skilled Admin Assistant to work in their London office (based in Lambeth S.E). As a highly skilled Admin Assistant you will be working in a role supporting the administrators with a range of duties that require speed, precision and efficiency. Below is an outline of a few of the duties;
Contributing to the effective operation of the Asset Management Team, by providing administrative services, preparing routine reports, issuing agendas and supporting documents to agreed deadlines. Establishing timetables for all contract meetings, taking minutes and producing all relevant documents for contract and team meetings.
Organising and maintaining an appointments diary for the Asset Management Team, recording appointments, preparing information and other materials prior to site visits and ensuring the efficient administration and smooth running of the service.
