We are recruiting for a number of Crimpers/Electrical Assemblers for a client based in Cannock due winning a number of contracts. This is a contract position to start with but could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities

• To ensure that the build quality is second to none
• Support other teams within the department
• Test and inspection of own work
• Harness/Cable assembly
• Liaising with the Engineering department on prototype work
• Panel wiring 12- and 24- and 230-volt units
• Assembling panels in cabinets

Essential skills

• Previous experience working from technical schematics.
• Experience with electrical and electronic test equipment.
• A sound understanding of electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Previous experience working as a harness builder/wireman.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Permanent

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
