Wentworth James are recruiting for a number of Factory/Production Operatives for a well established and market leading Engineering company based in Telford.

The Role

This is a temporary to permanent position with the great opportunities to gain additional qualifications and new experiences. It will be operating on a 3 shift rotating pattern (6-2, 2-10, 10-6) with regular overtime in the week and on Saturdays. Shift allowances and overtime is paid at premiums and there also monthly production related bonuses in place.

Duties

Receiving various metal components and products inbound

Loading and unloading parts on to production lines

Palletising, banding and stacking finished products

Wearing full PPE – Overalls, boots and on occasions masks

Labouring of heavy duty products throughout shift

Working in team/pairs

Operating in hot production areas
