My Client is a market leader in manufacturing, installing and servicing automated machinery and packaging equipment within the food processing sector. They are increasing their engineering team and looking to recruit a National UK Service Engineer on a permanent basis.

Essential Knowledge

1. Electrical / mechanical background demonstrated verbally and through a formal qualification
2. Working within food processing / manufacturing / electrical / mechanical environment
3. Install, maintain and commission machinery / equipment. Conversant with:
4. Emergency breakdowns; working under pressure to restore failed systems
5. Planned maintenance and coordination with customers
6. Telephone ‘help desk’ support and advice to customers
7. Telephone and e-communication with all group colleagues and offices’
8. Completion of detailed written service reports
9. Fault find and carry out diagnostic checks
