A highly successful company based in Wolverhampton, which manufactures and installs equipment in the medical and engineering sectors, has a hugely exciting vacancy for an experienced Financial Controller / Senior Financial Officer to help them plan and drive the ongoing success of the business.

This is a key position which will give the right applicant a significant steak in the future of an organisation which has enjoyed 30% growth year on year.

To be considered for this situation, you will need :

• AAT Level 3 or above
• 5 years experience in a similar position
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills

The successful candidate will be involved weekly Board meetings and will take the lead in the mid and long term financial strategy of the business.

Core responsibilities will include :

• Forecasting & budgeting
• Cashflow management
• Strategic decision making
• Management of gross / net profit
• Liaising between departments in all matters relating to overall P&L.

Salary will be c£40k per annum depending on experience with outstanding prospects to progress.
