Our client, a world leader in the power generation / renewable sector are seeking a fully apprenticeship served, (Indentured), Mechanical Fitter / Engineer to join their elite team in Wolverhampton.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in :

• Installation, fitting & stripping of large scale industrial mechanical plant
• Reading, understanding & interpreting complex engineering drawings
• Fitting & stripping of hydraulic & pneumatic equipment
• Basic milling, turning, drilling & grinding
• Use of hand tools for precise operations
• Carrying out repairs / corrective work on assemblies
• Use of overhead cranes
• Completion of paperwork within QA framework

Experience with industrial conveyer systems is also a definite advantage.

Work is currently day shifts but candidates must have the flexibility to move to shifts according to the demands of the project.

Initial wage is £`16.50 per hour with all overtime after 37.5 hours per week paid at time and a half.
