Wentworth James are currently recruiting for an experienced Overhead Crane / Steel Operator for our client based near Wednesbury due to continued high levels of production.

The Role:

This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate due to the amount of work obtained by our client and it is a really good opportunity to join a well organised, busy and staff focused company.

Duties:

– Operating overhead crane (external licence required)
– Loading and unloading materials
– Banding and wrapping components
– Operating slitting machinery
– Coiling and decoiling
– Quality inspection
– Operating machinery
– Cutting materials to length
– Labouring material

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Permanent

Salary: £9.50-£11.27 per hour
