Our client, a well established Wolverhampton manufacturing company, are seeking an experienced Production Planner to join their expanding team as they deal with an influx of new work.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate :

• Experience of material requirements planning (SAP/NAV systems)
• Be comfortable planning from a paper based or PC based system
• Experience of purchasing materials in line with process flows / just in time manufacturing
• An understanding of logistics / transport planning

Ideally, you will have the experience or ability to lead a team, conducting meetings and managing departmental communications.

A background in automotive supply chain would be an advantage.

Hours of work are 08.30 – 17.00 Monday – Thursday with early finish on a Friday.

Salary negotiable depending on experience between £35,000 – £38,000
