The ideal candidate will have responsibility for a team of Field Service Engineers covering the length and breadth of the UK. Reporting to the UK General Manager, this role will be to enhance the reputation of the customer support side of the business by planning and controlling all service and spare parts activities providing outstanding customer experience in a high demand environment.
Experience required in managing a service team with knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering skills.
Also, be able to demonstrate outstanding customer focus and communication skills outwards towards our customers and inward at all levels of the business; have self-motivational drive and insist on high standards from the individuals in the service team.
Within this role the candidate will motivate, maintain and enhance training, maximise individual and team performance and strive to sustain sound employee relations through excellent communication and leadership.
It will be essential that all company and statutory regulatory standards and maintained and that areas of improvements are identified and implemented. Safety is of paramount importance and therefore Health & Safety, method statements, risk assessments, COSHH, RIDDOR and all relevant industry standards are maintained.
