Shift: Nights: (Monday to Wednesday 17:00 to 03:30, Thursday 17:00 to 02:30)

A well-established manufacturing company based in Telford, Shropshire supplying some of the largest companies in the UK and we are looking for you to join us at our production facility, This is a permanent role within a growing company.

The Role

As a Welder / Fabricator you will be responsible for welding mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium, (stainless or aluminium experience may not be essential) production jigs are usually provided along with quality support, our batch quantities vary from 1 to 2000 off. You will also be required to conduct regular visual quality checks or take measurements along with keeping your area clean and tidy.

Person specification

Attitude and work ethic are key, We are looking for hard working individuals with good attention to detail. You will need to be able to follow verbal and written instructions. You should also be a flexible team player. with suitable numeracy and literacy skills in order to undertake some quality checks and record these appropriately. Previous fabricating experience will be essential.

Night shift (Monday to Wednesday 17:00 to 03:30, Thursday 17:00 to 02:30) with the opportunity for overtime as required to maintain production schedules; therefore some degree of flexibility is required.
