Jay is the Founder and driving force behind Wentworth James Group. With 14 years experience under his belt, he has seen it all. From first getting into the industry in the midst of the recession, Jay took to placing Engineers like a duck to water, and hasn’t looked back since – creating a strong core network in the Engineering sector along the way.

Jay is a big believer in honesty & transparency, and always ensures that customer satisfaction is at the heart of every decision he makes. This is reflected in the core values for Wentworth James.

He manages all operations within the business. Trains and develops the team, our invoicing and payroll team, marketing, profit and loss and internal hiring.

When Jay isn’t in the office or visiting weird and wonderful European cities, you can find him either on the golf course, playing pool, or following his beloved Wolverhampton Wanderers.

With over 13 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Danny had the privilege of growing from an eager Apprentice to his current role as Managing Consultant. His journey has been shaped by hands-on learning, a commitment to client and candidate success, and a passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities across the Industrial, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors

Outside of work, his spare time is consumed by football, swimming and other clubs with his 3 boys. But when he does have a minute spare, he loves watching ANY sport – much to the annoyance of his fiancé, particularly football (UTV) and Formula 1.

David is a specialist construction recruiter, recruiting for trades and labour throughout the UK.

David enjoys video games and Formula 1 in his spare time and enjoys locking himself away in the ‘mancave’ to watch the races in peace and quiet.

Callum’s area of expertise is everything digital, Wentworth James own tech guru who can do anything with a keyboard and mouse. He is the heart of Wentworth James online presence and runs all social media platforms.

Outside of work Callum is another big Aston Villa supporter with his second favourite team being PSG.

Jack started his recruitment journey at Wentworth James initially as an apprentice and has now progressed through to an important role within the organisation, overseeing the Accounts department.

When Jack isn’t working hard in the office he can be found following Wolverhampton Wanderers up and down the country, travelling to European Cities in order to find his favourite destination, or on the hunt for chicken nuggets!
